Assistance with Business Negotiation
HCA’s senior managers assist clients with business negotiations. HCA’s senior managers have the following competences that allow them to excel at this task:
- Good understanding of Chinese and western business culture
 - Good understanding of China’s industrial sectors, markets and products
 - Excellent command of both English and Chinese (oral and written)
 - Deep experience in business negation, particularly in merger and acquisition, joint ventures, and product procurement
 

Specific tasks include:
- Arrange meetings with appropriate decision makers
 - Attend business meetings
 - Interpret and translate business discussions from English to Chinese and vice versa
 - Provide professional advice for the client during the discussion process
 - Discussion of contracts and other relevant documents
 - Recommend next action steps
